This 37.2-mile road ride features 2,345 feet of climbing, including a fun twist on a local classic: as the name suggests, we’ll be descending down the iconic Federal Twist Road rather than grinding our way up it. Expect beautiful views, quiet paved country roads, and a well-balanced mix of climbs and descents (hitting up to a 9.2% max grade and a -10.5% min grade).
Whether you're looking to test your legs on the rollers or simply enjoy a great group spin through some of our favorite regional roads, come ready for a great afternoon in the saddle.
There is no planned rest stop, but we can stop at the half way point. Bring a snack if you think it will be helpful.
