Meet at the Village Park parking lot (Bergen Street entrance near the water tower, Lawrence, NJ). 

We will be riding on Lawrence and Ewing asphalt roads to the crushed stone surface of the Delaware-Raritan Canal Towpath in Ewing where we head south into Trenton. Then it's north along the Towpath to the cornucopia of surfaces which make up the Lawrence Hopewell Trail. Hybrids or mountain bikes recommended.
