The Pig, Sourland Coffee (one of my favorite stops), still hasn't fully reopened. I still want to go near there, so we'll head out to Pennington over more-or-less this route, but we'll stop at the Deli on a Bagel instead (yes, we'll ride for a bit on 31, but there's a wide shoulder [and I re-routed to reduce the bit on 31]). About 49 miles.

We'll go out over some of my usual roads in Hillsborough and Montgomery, then to Hopewell, where we'll avoid 31 for a bit. After Pennington, we'll come back across Rosedale, then up through Princeton and Kingston and back.

Yes, there are some hills. Go look at the elevation diagram on the route page. It might be more than is reported on RideWithGPS.
